I am putting one star but really no stars. On 11/4/23 i ordered 3 cubanito and 3 pastries. The clerk gave me 6 sandwiches and 4 pastries. When trying to explain to the manager what I ordered she could not comprehend / English of what happened.Customer got involved which should not of. He was out of order and place. If one should go here you need an interpreter to ensure the order is taken correctly. So, I left with food I didn’t order and a bill that did not agree to what I request to have. The manager has no customer service skills. Totally disappointed ☹️

Love it thay work really hard to served... the comunity.... with..... respect... the food and sandwiches are really good. Las donas y los quesitos y los pastelillos entre otras cosas mas ect, ect, really delicious can't complain. It's one of my favorite bakery. sance I live in Hartford for 35 yrs. Los cubanitos bakery. That's no other place that I like. Thanks cubanitos bakery for serving the comunity with love and respect.

Fantastic always fresh made daily no preservatives bread. Taste fantastic! And when everything everywhere is expensive this place is not. A huge loaf of fresh hot made bread $2.50 exactly. Highly highly recommend this bakery! ? Super Inexpensive Super high quality. Friendly staff. A+++ (I have a champagne taste with beer money)

If I give it 0 stars I would. Upon arrival I slipped at the front door. I smelled no breakfast cooking. We still ordered our cubanitos just to find out they keep it refrigerated to warm up on a panini press. Very gross. Coffee tasted like water. We order a chocolate chip cookie and asked for it warm. But yet the cookie was still hard like a rock. The only thing I enjoyed was my Snapple Apple juice. I do not recommend. If you do go here drink with a ginger ale to help stomach pains
This place has a customer service problem. I went there for some bread today and they left me standing there for six minutes and wouldn’t take my order. The attendant would just duck into the kitchen whenever I approached the counter. Waste of my time to come here.
