The ice cream and customer service is without hesitation a 10/10 Ms.LuLu was so sweet and I promise you there’s an ice cream shop up the street from where I live but I come to LuLu’s instead! It’s worth it!

My husband and I made a special trip to support this black owned ice cream shop but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We ordered a banana split, when the server took the banana from the refrigerator and peeled it, I said, "that banana looked rotten." She said, " you've never seen a banana that's been in the fridge before."Needless to say the banana was rotten, but we paid for it, took a picture and dumped it in the garbage. We will never return to that ice cream shop. It is sad because having an ice cream shop in the community is great but the audacity of the server and the idea that anyone wants to pay for and eat rotten food is absurd. I hope the owner reads this and makes a change.

Nothing to brag about,very expensive and ice cream isn't all that,had a chocolate milkshake and it was dark residue all around my cup seemed like the ice cream wasn't fresh?
Worst ice cream in Hartford the employees are underpaid and under worked also the owner is too faced pretending to be nice when she really isn't she could care less if anybody was satisfied or not

The place was empty and when I bought my ice cream it took her 5 mins just to give me change and I could hear her boss talking aggressively to her over the phone.My Total came up to $6.44 I gave her a $10 bill and I was supposed to get back $3.56 and she ended up giving me back $1 and some change??
