Great food & drinks, awesome vibe & Bren was amazing! The moment I walked in, I was greeted. If you're in Hartford and looking for a nice place to eat or get some drinks at a great price......451 Lounge is the place to be! 10/10
My first time But I must say the food was very good and the service was great ! The empanadas are-awesome and amazingly tasty with that amazing Puertorican flavor ! From the beef to the chicken and the shrimp ! The steak amazing !! One of my favorites and the Fried chicarunes de Pollo amazing ! Giving them 5 stars for the great tasting food and fair Prices ! The drinks are fairly priced .

The food is GREAT, but the customer service can be more constant. Don't expect them to pick up the phone, thus anticipate a 45 min wait. One waitairst accused us of not paying the Bill, in-fact we payed another waiter cause she refuse to even check on us! Then proceeded to follow-us out the resturant, never apologized when the other waiter informed her.
