This was our first time eating at Mancora and it was delicious. Our server, Julio, was great. When I asked for a sauce on my dish, he actually pointed out that they had a dish comprised of exactly what I wanted.
I had the pescado a lo macho and my husband had the pulpo. Both were fantastic - the fish was fried perfectly, the seafood in the sauce was cooked to perfection, and the octopus was so tender. We were too stuffed for dessert, but I’ll be back for an alfajor next time!

1st time and food was goodddd! Julio M was our server and it was my daughter's 20th bday🎂 . He was awesome! Great person and very nice place. Beautiful decor. Friday evening is busy but made a reservation and no wait. I'd bday song and slice of cake with lit candle on a wooden boat😊😉

Came here with my Peruvian friend, we're both from south eastern Ct, and she insists the most authentic Peruvian food in Ct is in Hartford, & she insists this is the best of them all. Afterwards, I'm inclined to believe her. Everything we had was amazing. The waiter was very nice. His name has slipped by me, he was from Columbia though, if that helps identify.
We had the Leche de Tigre & Papa a la Huancaina as appetizers.
Chicha Morada as a beverage.
I had the Jalea Piurana, & she had the Fettuccine a la Huancaina
Also worth noting, the place is very aesthetically appealing!

I recently went to this beautiful and amazing restaurant for my friend’s birthday party and engagement dinner. Our server was Julio and he was sooooo attentive, he also helped coordinate the engagement surprise which was so nice of him to do. Our food came out very quickly it was fresh and delicious over all. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to do a date night or formal dinner. Shout out to Julio again!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
