One of the worst McDonald's ever & that's crazy cause usually the top spot for that is the one on Albany ave but this location and the Wendy's a few feet away, I feel lile compete for who can serve the worst customer service

This McDonald’s offers the Happy Meal with 4 chicken nuggets, but not with 6. When I asked the manager about it, she mentioned I would need to pay an extra $2, which seemed a bit unusual since the price difference isn’t that high. According to the menu, 4 nuggets alone are $2.59. I believe this could have been handled in a friendlier way.
Also, there’s no playground.

Was told I couldn't use the bathroom had to order food. Wouldn't recommend coming here. Just wanted video documentation on how McDonald's in hartford treats the public that's giving their hard earn money to them. Barely tables to sit in an the line was very long. Horrible location. Allys law is in effect in Connecticut. This McDonald's is breaking the law. On top of it all they muted my video. Do not go here.

Ordered food with DoorDash just to get food that was cold and sitting there for who knows how long. Fries were cold and stale and the chicken in the snackwraps were small and one wasn’t even cooked properly and my husband couldn’t bite into it. We called the restaurant to complain only for the manager to act like she didn’t even care she told my husband to talk to DoorDash, um how stupid are you DoorDash only picks up the food they don’t make it. I will be finding the number for corporate and complain about her and this horrible food. I’ll switch McDonald’s next time before I order again. This place needs to be shut down or find employees who actually care about providing quality food and who are not just there to get a damn pay check. She is really lucky I have no vehicle right now because I would have drove over there real fast.
Milkshake machine was finally functioning! visited this location numerous times year round, Always thumbs down! when it came to fulfilling my quench for the delicious soft server ice cream, the employees gave the same excuse! My apologies machine nit running waiting on technician! What a waste of hot summer days waiting in our automobile. Food akways seemed to be fresh due waiting on the dirty asphalt employees ignoring to maintain anther wied experience some local flimsy guys holding a hsed dunking donuts cup asking for spear change vip service lol felt like a multimillionaire walking in the golden arches...

I requested to use the bathroom before I ordered and the front lady said it was for customers only. I told her I would be ordering and she said I would need to order now before she let me use the bathroom. I kindly walked out the audacity! Then none of them speak English so it was know use asking to speak with a manager! Never again!

I don’t even know where to start with this review first, I found a half bitten chicken nugget in my friends chicken nugget box then my fries were cold and somewhere overcooked. I then came to Discover that my cheeseburger quarter pounder with bacon was 50% ketchup. The food took 10 minutes to make. In the last thing, there were seven pickles on my friends no pickle big Mac. And then I started to wash down all this crappy food with a drink that there was no lid for in all the drinks were watered down this place is a disgrace. adding on to this review I now have food poisoning have been sitting on the toilet for a good three hours. Looking at these reviews make me wonder was my review even bad. This place needs to be shut down this place makes me throw up in my mouth atrocious place learn how to cook.
