I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I walked in and stood near the counter clearly waiting to order, and three staff members saw me and just stared—no greeting, no “Can I help you?”, nothing. They looked right at me and kept going about their business like I wasn’t even there. I get that it can get busy, but basic customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Liz the little young girl they have at drive thru window is rude and need to be re trained
Female manager that is Spanish is very helpful and makes things very smooth when I come to get doordash orders she goes out of her way and I was having an anxious day today and she had checked on me and gave me a cup for water it's the little things that make a difference when it comes to customer service.

I always go there for breakfast and this day it was bad they gave me bacon egg and cheese on a bagel when I ordered steak egg and cheese with a medium watered down orange juice...

I want to just Say that one of the Managers there name Anna, was really helpful with my order today, she made sure that my order was correct and every time I visit McDonalds on Weston Street she always taking care of the customers and making sure everyone is happy with there order and she is always friendly with everyone.
