I actually had a decent experience aside from the constant slamming of the door the employees go in and out of by the register. The food was made well and their people were kind enough. I’ll go back to using the drive-thru, but this visit was pretty good; I could tell everyone was doing their best.

I've never had a bad experience at this establishment. They are always courteous, friendly, and smiling. I come here every morning for breakfast, and I enjoy interacting with the servers who love what they do and can put a smile on their customer's face.

To begin with, the door has no way to open, if a customer didn't open it I couldn't enter, the place stinks a lot, the smell is so unbearable that it makes me think that they never clean it and the workers' attention to customers is very bad, I never come here again

Listen to me when I say this is the dirtiest and slowest McDonald's you will ever go to. Food is good but employees do not give a f- about anything or anyone. You will regularly wait upwards of 15-30 minutes even for a simple order. And you might as well give up if they forgot anything in your order.
Oh and there's a problem with the teenagers that hangout here with their friends and hot box (smoke weed in) the vestibule area. How do I know? They were right next to me when they did it and I had to walk through a cloud of it to get out of the store. (Managers did nothing)

1/11/2025 I like how they cooked french fries and delicious strawberry and banana smoothie but one thing is disappointed me that I was told If I want more than 1 sweet and sour, I’ll have to pay for it. What?? I’ve never heard of it and I knew we all should get free for sauce . I wouldn’t eat french fries without sauces and I pay for food and they get paid for served us better food. What a weirdo and they can do better than that. I’m talking about the lady cashier from last night by 10:45p around. Or is because she treats me differently because “I'm deaf” smh. She isn’t friendly

this mcdonald need to stop allowing teenagers smoke inside the stores also pay attention about the bathrooms i was with my son only to witness teenagers smoking weed inside the restaurant i thought i was in a smoke shop sad to say they blew smoke on my son which is 6 then a girl was in the bathroom with two boys this place needs better environment management needs to pay more attention for the sake of the place and other customers corporate needs to pay attention to the store before they turn it until a smoke shop bad place to eat no type of safety
Hot food served fast. I think this is a sleeper location not enough people think about. Now that the Bishops Corner location in West Hartford closed, I would rather come here than go to the one by westfarms mall.

McDonald's food is pretty consistent anywhere you go. However, the prices are unreasonably high. You can go to Chili's or any other one of those restaurants and get a better burger for the same price. And if you go inside to the counter it's usually a while before someone will take your order.

Went to the one closest to me since the prices are lower than the ones elsewhere. Went through drive thru with family to order with a deal and somehow my cousin's order got messed up after saying scratch this item and put this one in the order instead. She got charged for two drinks when she only needed to buy one for the free fries. We mentioned this more than once to the people serving us until the manager came and told us the how the deal works as if I didn't know already. My cousin shakes her drink in her hand to the window with the ice making noise which should have been loud enough for them to hear while I held the other in my hand. Manager didn't do a good job with assessing the situation and refused to give us a refund. The second time we came in to order tea with a lemon slice in it but got no lemon and just decided to leave. I normally don't have this problem with this McDonald's since I know how things work and I usually go inside to order my stuff, but going through the drive thru wasn't a good option for us. (I wasn't the one driving btw).
This place will have you waiting forever like you're not even there, and the staff is untrained. Just let that sink in.

The people who get $15 or more an hour to work at McDonald's should have a personality more than that of a rock, try smiling, try passing my change instead of dumping it into my hand, How about not talking on your phone so my order is correct. Just a thought!
