Pre ordered through the app and waiting for 15 plus minutes. Drive through customers were going through without waiting but I was asked to wait in a spot and service never came. I eventually had to go inside. So did the other customers who were asked to wait. Awful!

They gave me the wrong order once I got home and realized I went back and the refused to give me the right order unless I gave them the food that was already in my house and contaminated and had me pay for my order again no discount or anything

This service was bad i got my hand semi burned and i got charged 8 apple pies when i asked for 4 the lady looked away when she handed me the coffee thank God they added cream because they usually dont add cream when i ask for it bad service!!! If i could give it 0 stars i would.

I used to have a five-star rating for this place, but now I understand why it's less than 4stars. My order has been messed up for the last 6 times I've been there. And I seen what everyone has been saying to me even though I always speak highly of this establishment. No more business from me until I hear and see otherwise. And with the amount of money I with others spend here,it's unfortunate for your busines. I was missing food all the drinks were diet when that's not what was ordered smdh the phone is always busy

We visited this McDonald’s for the first time because we saw it had a play area — and it was a great experience!
Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. The manager even helped me when the app had a glitch, and he made sure our order went through without any issues.
Our older daughter had a blast playing. The twins are still little, but we all had a great time as a family.
Just two things that could be improved: 1. Diaper changing station – There’s no changing table in the men’s restroom and no family bathroom. In our case, my husband took our daughter, but had no way to change her, so I had to go with her into the women’s restroom. But what if I wasn’t there? 2. Ambient music volume – The background music was quite loud. Softer volume would make the space more pleasant, especially for families with babies.
Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
