I ordered food on Thanksgiving through the app @4:44pm and I didn't receive my food until 2 hours later. There was no customers in the store when my order was picked up. I also ordered a meal with a ice tea never received my drink instead I was brought a sprite soda. Also ordered a chicken nuggets meal and didn't receive any sauce with the meal that I requested with the order

I paid on the mobile app beforehand, but the line was too long so I had to leave to clock into work and when I came back a few hours later and explained the situation they remade the order for me. Their staff and managers are great!

Do not go in. If you can’t do it on the app for pick up don’t expect help. The kiosk was giving troubles, the person that came to help had an attitude, and even still gave me the wrong order after trying to use the coupon. Always a bad experience when I go in. The attitude was too much also.

They don’t pick up the phones. They can’t get your order right. They charge you for the extra condiments and they don’t even put it on your food. What a Shame. I am very disappointed.

I can't believe The service
I love that there is a McDonalds around, however I order a large fry and two apple pies. My fries were a bit over cooked and seem to be sitting out for a while so I went back and they were exchanged immediately, love that. Drove off, only to then bite into an older dry apple pie. Ordered my food at 6:40pm and I was given pies from 10:20am (the sticker on the box was telling)🙄 and it taste like it
