It’s like they’re trying to suck on purpose or something but I just picked up my food & asked for BBQ sauce and a sprite. I was handed a coke & apologized for her maybe mishearing me, and my bag is full of sweet and sour sauce. I don’t understand how you can mistake the 2 but they don’t let you finish speaking before they cut you off asking “anything else?”. If this place wasn’t easily accessible it would be closed

Of all the employees at this location while I was waiting on line Itzel Madrid was the only one who approached me and asked me if I need to order. Everyone looked at me and kept talking. A lady from the franchise named Marta totally ignored me even though I said hello. Itzel thank you for your kindness and hard work. I appreciate all you do.

Went in today to buy a coffee . It was around 8-8:30pm . Went to the front , a young cashier by the name Jacklyn ( that’s the employee name from what the manager told me ) told me they didn’t have coffee . So I said ok so make a fresh batch , she said she couldn’t because the coffee makers were off BUT if I wanted coffee she can give me this morning coffee . I ask for the manager not once not twice but three times and all three times she tried talking over me . Finally after several attempts she gets the manager . The manager admitted that what his employer said to me was a lie and made me a cup of coffee . He put excuses that his employer had a rough moment as if that’s a good enough reason to treat their customers that way !

Horrible! This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. If you’re not waiting in line for 20 minutes, you’re getting messed up food (and being blamed for it), missing items, or an attitude by the staff. There are a few staff members that are sweet, but overall just rude customer service.
