Lazy staff. 20 minute wait in curbside with a sleeping kid. Finally walk in for them to say you had the curbside it doesn't have a number attached. Only car there. Can't make it up.

I am a regular customer of this place and on November 27, like almost every day, I went to your place and with the news that it was 8:15 and the cleaning person opened the door in my face and he didn't care that apart from my there are more people and only zero and the thing is that it is not the first time

Missing items every single time and they always have their phone on fax so they don’t have to answer it! They can never get an order correct and give you the complete wrong items or simply don’t even give you them meaning you don’t even get the wrong item you get nothing at all!!

So me and my nices went to this McDonald's at 76 brainanrd road. And we ordered food and it was cold and we asked the lady to remake it and the lady rolled her eyes and that really disrespectful and rude so then she told us to park and and took a long time it took Like 10 minutes just to make some damn fries.

I don't normally rate fast food places, but I do really like the Brainard Road McDonald's. I always get hot, fresh food (curbside pick up), and the staff seems super friendly. I also want to cmencouragr the use of their app. They have great deals, and on Fridays, you can add free medium fries to your order. I usually eat for $6.
