All I can say is subpar food, and whoever employed the rude woman who hates her life please be more vigilant, having a bad day is one thing but having absolutely zero customer service is another. I literally came back because I loved the service I got 3 nights prior and had to share with my partner. Instantly regret.

We've been to Parkville Market several times, but this was the first time I tried The Meltdown Grill. I ordered the SmashMelt sandwich. I really enjoyed it. I liked the Smash sauce and it was grilled just how I like my grilled cheese. I would definitely order this again.

This place should be called the Slop Down because it’s very sloppy. The almost Famous chopped cheese is almost famous for being horrible. The buffalo chicken loaded fries were also a miss. Too bad. There’s many more options at Parkville market I would suggest finding another spot.

I got a meltdown chessse steak sandwich for lunch. It was excellent. Very pleased.
Came here and tried a patty melt and added an extra patty and bacon and it was absolutely delicious. The woman at the counter was very friendly.

My friend got their food before I placed my order. They were unhappy because it looked nothing like the picture. It looked like 2 hotdogs buns with some meat tossed in. we understad that everything is portioned out, not a big deal. My friend was nervous about asking for money back or a different order. Our whole group talked them into going up, the order was unreasonable for the price they payed and the food they received. My friend was first told they dont have a say in how the food was made(ok, fine we get it, not their fault), it was the customer who ordered it not them(so, we ordered something and expected it to look like what was ordered...how dare we), couldn't give a refund, the maneger wasnt around (someone should be there to handle these situations). We were then treated rudely by the cook. I was told not to help my friend who was nervous about asking for a refund or a change in order. The cook yelled at us. My friend explained I was trying to help, he then yelled, "she didn't need any help". This type of behavior put such a bad taste in my mouth, I would never go here again. No one deserves to be yelled at.
