Great food but horrible service, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude, she gave me the wrong order. She gave me the wrong order and refused to make it right until the owner came and gave me the right order. It’s unfortunate but me and my family won’t be back.

Ordered an order of alcapurrias which were two for about $3-4 which I thought was a deal except when they came out, they were the smallest alcapurrias I've ever seen and they tasted off, like fish... Maybe bacalao... Plenty of meat but the fishy taste was very off putting .. atmosphere seems chill.. I wouldn't buy these alcapurrias again based on the taste alone.. texture and meat was plentiful but the meat was dry and was just ground beef no olives or other fillings . I'm just going to have to start making my own.. idk what happened but this is not traditional Puerto Rican food the way I remember

Okay food, tasty pico de gallo, fresh Canoas, very pricey, and the service sucksssssssssss, After waiting over 30 extra minutes ONTOP OF the 10minutes that supposedly my food was supposed to be done within, My order was completely wrong, I’m super upset, will definitely not visit them again!!!very slow, it gets very busy, they definitely need more workers!

If someone orders a rice & beans meal and you don’t have beans… it should be mentioned beforehand, not as you’re handing them the food!

Came here twice. Both times were not a good experience at all... I stood in line and placed my order before, like 6 ppl. And they all got theirs before me. Despite the fact that the girl who made the order moved like a slug. Like she had no care in the world. When I asked where my order was, it was just sitting there on the countertop. The girl moved on to another project in which the whole time that I'm standing there, my name was never called. I already was having such a bad day from earlier when I placed a door dash order from here to be delivered to my job. The driver completed the order and stole my food. The girl who took the order was pretty cool and gave me a little discount when I'd told her what happened. Overall, it's poor customer service. And they don't give you your money's worth. $15 I'd alot to pay for a small kiddie bowl with barely no rice in it. I prefer the one in New Britain, CT. They're friendly, prompt, and give you your money's worth. The one in Windsor sucks too! I'll spend my gas traveling to that location instead.

The brunette cashier is Nicaraguan and very friendly and helpful but the cook and the person who serves the food needs to smile that's why I gave you a 4 in this review, but the mofongo with chimichurri and fried meat was very delicious and the empanadas were very filling of meat. I loved the very good atmosphere. Thank you !!

Little empathy with the customer, I ordered 2 passion fruit juices and alcapurrias with the rest of my order and when they called me to deliver they did not have either the juices or the alcapurrias, I had to take potato fillings, when I think it is easier to make sure that you have the product before finishing the order, happy customer??♀️ come back and recommend, to make matters worse they did not ask me when placing the order if it was to be consumed on site or to take away, I tell them it is to take my heart and face What he said gave me to understand that he was upset, he put the two plates of tripe and potatoes in a bag, and I also have 2 bottles of lemonade and a malt, the cold does not mix with the hot, I ask for another bag, I practically throw it away. .
