Tostones are hard as a rock smells really bad like strong old dirty oil the amount of strength I had to put in just to break it half and crumble into tiny pieces I’m pissed then I got a pernil rice bowl why did it come with white rice and just pernil I wanted yellow rice and my bowl had no Condiments on it no chimichurri, may and ketchup NOTHING just a drop of skimpy beans I don’t even do reviews but I spent my last to eat and I can’t get a refund or credit

Expect to wait a while. The pernil and mofongo and empanadias were all great! But the line to order and the wait after ordering was NOT great. They really need to rethink the ordering process for their throughput: our already completed order waited on the kitchen counter for over 20 minutes after everything was all done before we could get our hands on it, and we still had to go back to get an item they had forgotten. Would/will update to a 5 if they can fix the ordering problem.

Steak costs the most but is CHEAP cut and VERY fatty and stringy and the fat was extremely tough NOT WORTH IT! save your money and get the pernil or something else. Extremely disappointed in the steak I had high hopes cause everything was great last time. Mofungo could’ve been mashed a bit more too this time as well but it wouldn’t have bothered me if the steak wasn’t so inedible. The woman at the front counter could’ve been a little more friendly as well. And both times I ate at the establishment they forgot to put the sauces I requested in the bag

Food was definitely delicious but the big woman taking the orders has an attitude as if she don’t wanna be there. Like baby girl you’re in the catering food business!! SMILE!! It don’t cost nothing to smile and be nice. Embrace the restaurant you work for! Smh

Meh. The food was ok but it was annoying to have to wait for the employees to stop talking while standing there. They were more interested in gossip and laughing with each-other than attending customers.
