Very professional and great customer service. I like the fact that they have non-pork options.

Egg, cheese & bacon bagel for breakfast, made by a nice man. The bagel was big and very good (it's 5.95$ if I remember correctly). I loved it ! The place is big and clean.

Clean, well lit, fresh food, extremely polite service. It's what it says it is, NY Style Deli, wouldn't expect to go in and order the most complicated thing on the menu, but for your grab & go warm sandwich needs: fantastic. The few negative reviews I see on here seem to reflect people who are out of their element more than validly critical.Definitely our favorite breakfast spot in our neighborhood. Also worth noting that based on how terrible food options are downtown after the office workers go home, being open on Saturday is practically a public service in Hartford. Thanks!

Extremely mid deli. Food was fine but not the optionality you would expect from a "New York Deli". Didn't even have coleslaw. Its fine for a quick sandwich and your a pretty basic person (ham swiss on a sandwich). I was also expecting more meat on it for what I paid for. It is what it is I guess

Decent little deli, average prices (around $9-10 for a sandwich). Good selection of deli meats, all Boars Head. Quick and pleasant service, although nothing noteworthy. I got a chipotle chicken sub with Muenster cheese, mustard and lettuce/tomato and it hit the spot as a pre-travel bite. Would not go out of my way for this sandwich, but if I found myself back in the vicinity before getting on a bus again, sure I'd go back. Lots of sundries as well, all somewhat overpriced, but a good selection in case you need a snack or a convenience item and you're in the area.Place is bigger than expected. There's seating inside in case you want to eat your sandwich there. All in all a solid spot for a quick bite.

Be warned. They rip off tourists. Overcharged for a basic sandwich. Bread was fresh and sandwich was good though.
