Bought two sandwiches both turkey egg and cheese lettuce onion mayo ketchup and two sodas left the place spending $38 got home to see that both the sandwiches had ham no turkey I called the place to see what I can do, I told the lady that I had ordered turkey not ham she tells me no you didn’t you asked for ham I told her I can bring back the sandwiches and show you it’s ham I ordered turkey it’s on the receipt she proceeds to get mad that I’m bringing back the sandwiches for my refund told me to talk to her manager that I can not get a refund, alot more to the story but the lady working front is extremely rude and they do not deserve anyone’s money if I could give this place 0 stars I would complete trash!

If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would!!!! Horrible experience ever had in my life!! Looks can definitely be deceiving!! I bought a slice a cake and some quesitos(cheese pastry) that looked good from a far!! As my wife and I looked closer our slices of chocolate cake had mold growing on the sides!! The Quesitos were getting hard on the ends!!

Second time coming here, first time for a sandwich this time for a chocolate cake, before eating my piece of chocolate cake I noticed that there was mold all over it, omg luckily I noticed it before eating it!. Disgusting, I went back and told the lady about it , all she said was (Oh) , tried to give the slice that was right next to the mold piece, how dare her! Didn’t even apologize about it nor nothing DEFINITELY NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!!! I hope the health inspector come and inspect this place smh!!!!

Always delicious sandwiches. And the customer service is also always very friendly! I don’t like too many sweets but their quesito’s are ADDICTIVE!

The super terrible non-flight service has someone from Venezuela who doesn't know a thing about a Puerto Rican place and to make matters worse she has no education and lacks customer service. I went to the bakery the other day, and I have to say, it didn’t meet my expectations. The bread was old, the prices were high, and the food was not good. I do not recommend this place at all.

Got two tres leches cakes from here, one for me and the other for my daughter. We waited until after dinner to eat them and when I took my first bite I realized it tasted weird. It smelled like off milk and it was also very dry because they do not soak the cake. But I tried to eat a second bite anyway thinking maybe it was just me. After that second bite I tried to eat the cherry and as soon as I bit into it, I got the strongest taste of alcohol and spit it out. It actually burned the back of my throat that’s how strong it was. I don’t know how long that cake had to be sitting there for the cherry to ferment like that but I have never experienced anything like it. My poor 10 year old daughter ate half the cake even though it tasted spoiled because she didn’t want to make me feel bad. I’m praying that we don’t get food poisoning. Such a shame because the woman behind the counter was very nice. Unfortunately, I will never go back here and would never recommend to anyone.

DO NOT EAT HERE. They have the smallest pastries on earth and if you order a sandwich half of it is going to be sauces and condiments. NEW OWNER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS WOULD JOT REFUND OR REMAKE FOOD.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . This lady is a terrible person she over charged me for my food , before they made it and I noticed immediately I asked for a refund and she refuse to give me a refund although no food was made she refused service after told me to call the police . I’ll never go here again crook what an embarrassment money hungry women

I asked for bread and butter, they practically gave me a slab of butter! Asked the lady nicely if she can make a different one because it had so much butter even the outside of the bread was filled with butter but refussed and said no she wouldn't replace it. Lost a customer
