Somehow messed up my simple sandwich and soup pickup order by giving me a salad instead of the sandwich I ordered. Not sure how this is possible when someone has to check off every item on the receipt and initial that they checked it, but by the time I got back to my office, it was too late to turn around and walk back. Then I spent 30 minutes trying to call them to see how they could fix this, and it just rang and rang until it finally hung up - and I even waited until 1pm (after their ‘busy’ time, according to the voicemail). Got a refund from the guest services number, but it’s a 10 day wait to process it. This was my first order at Panera in a while, and I don’t plan on going back any time soon

Food is actually pretty great when they manage to get your order right although the prices at Panera are absurd. Certain employees here are a complete and total nightmare to deal with let alone observe. The evening/night employees are very very kind and helpful. Atmosphere overall is fine but slightly below average considering it's located in a hospital.
PSA: This Panera is open 24 hours but you will not be able to access it once visiting hours end at 8pm and the doors lock for the hospital lock.
Kid-friendliness: Not ideal for kids but will do in a pinch.

I work here , every day had coffee, always something missing in the store , today like almost always no cream for a coffee, no coffee in the station. My bagel was old like always, but in the afternoon bagel and bread are fresh. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Only accessible from inside the hospital. Don't bother. This Panera Bread should not even be listed in searchable in Google maps. You have to go through massive security or pay for parking just to go in and buy freaking food??? I don't think so. It took like 10 minutes to find it, and I couldn't get in. Employees refused to open the door from outside easy access. Total BS. SAVE YOUR TIME 😡 Called for help. Very rude answer said "it's not our fault".
Every time I go to this location my order is incorrect and incomplete I am charger no told refund process not offered another option and this has happened for the third time the is supposed to be someone checking and sign off on receipt that would prevent this from happening why would the be spot on receipt for that but no one is doing it
