Food is actually pretty great when they manage to get your order right although the prices at Panera are absurd. Certain employees here are a complete and total nightmare to deal with let alone observe. The evening/night employees are very very kind and helpful. Atmosphere overall is fine but slightly below average considering it's located in a hospital.
PSA: This Panera is open 24 hours but you will not be able to access it once visiting hours end at 8pm and the doors lock for the hospital lock.
Kid-friendliness: Not ideal for kids but will do in a pinch.

I work here , every day had coffee, always something missing in the store , today like almost always no cream for a coffee, no coffee in the station. My bagel was old like always, but in the afternoon bagel and bread are fresh. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Only accessible from inside the hospital. Don't bother. This Panera Bread should not even be listed in searchable in Google maps. You have to go through massive security or pay for parking just to go in and buy freaking food??? I don't think so. It took like 10 minutes to find it, and I couldn't get in. Employees refused to open the door from outside easy access. Total BS. SAVE YOUR TIME 😡 Called for help. Very rude answer said "it's not our fault".

Every time I go to this location my order is incorrect and incomplete I am charger no told refund process not offered another option and this has happened for the third time the is supposed to be someone checking and sign off on receipt that would prevent this from happening why would the be spot on receipt for that but no one is doing it

I have never ordered from this location before, so after placing my order online, I GPS how to get there. I was clueless as to where the location was because it brought me to Saint Francis Hospital. After asking around I was informed that I had to go inside the hospital because Panera was in there. Finally after parking and walking all the way down the road I found it! ( not knowing I could had parked closer ? ) Once I got there, I picked up my online order and I wanted some bakery goodies while I was there. This amazing woman named Christine was helping me out and giving me suggestions as to what tastes amazing as everything there looks great. Now if you want to talk about next level service, after getting so excited for these goodies I was bringing home, I realized I did not have my card or phone to pay with. I didn’t want to walk another 10 minutes down the road and then 10 minutes back there to get these goodies so I just told her forget it I won’t bother getting them . Christine graciously offered to take care of it for me and I was so aesthetic. No one‘s ever done something like that for me. I myself am a manager at a restaurant and I’m always giving things away free items to guests who are celebrating special occasions. I guess today was my day to get something in return for free Christine I just want you to know I am so grateful for your service and the way that you were with me today!!!! Thank you!!!! The panera bread at Saint Francis hospital is a literal joke. They are always out of chips, bread, and apples. Their soda machine is always 'out of order'. when an adult doesn't show up at night, they have to close the entire panera bread because the kids who work there can't work legally without an adult. So basically the doctors and nurses are starving here, I'm paying for a sip club membership that I can rarely ever redeem. Last week I got ham instead of turkey in my sandwich. Can you believe that?? The app goes down every night and no one can place an order even when they ARE open. The items that are listed as out of stock, they sometimes have but never update their system. The other panera breads are great, but a bunch of kids work here and nobody cares. I'm hungry and thirsty. The end.
