Food is actually pretty great when they manage to get your order right although the prices at Panera are absurd. Certain employees here are a complete and total nightmare to deal with let alone observe. The evening/night employees are very very kind and helpful. Atmosphere overall is fine but slightly below average considering it's located in a hospital.

I like some of the new menu items. Italian sandwich was flavorful and not skimpy. The bistro onion soup was good, the croutons on the side is a nice touch. Very skimpy on the cheese however. Very.
