Food is delicious, but the service is disgusting. They are very rude and disrespectful. They feel as if they are entitled they are not open for correction when they are wrong order a pizza. The driver lied and said he called when I called the next day whoever I spoke to was very rude, hung up on my face first, he lied and said the driver said the number was out of order which it wasn’t then he said oh you’re at the hospital. When caught in a lie, he caught an attitude and hung up in my face did not want to compensate me nothing

Worse place I’ve ever encountered i hate these people never bring my delivery everytime o Oder they take my order and I never receive it and they don’t call back to say nothing waited for a whole hr and no food had arrive never spending money there or I don’t recommend it
I was excited to get Papa John’s because I was in Htfd usually far. It’s NOT how I remember “boneless wings” was dry barely any sauce. Looked like McDonald nuggets. Pizza was soggy and undercooked the “stuffed crust” was not melted string cheese sticks came out of soggy bread. they text your order is ready then you get to stand at counter and looking dumb for 10 minutes more. Not cheap either!! Disappointed

I never pick up the order I call and cancel because it was the wrong papa John’s and the manager tells me don’t worry is cancel your money is back in your account. Is been a month trying to get my money. The manager no one to give me the money. They are terrible.
