The pizza was not at all good. I will not recommend it at all. Garlic bread was plain instead of being a garlic flavour What was this type of service i couldn't understand. I won't go for it at all. And suggest others as well to jot go for that.

Ordered from here quite a few times in the past months. Most recently we ordered last Saturday— half mushroom, spinach and tomatoes. Everyone in my family who ate it got sick over night with nausea stomachaches and loose stools for two days. Called them and reported it, person we spoke with said they would report it to the manager. As far as we know nothing was done. Will never order from here again. Back to Bertuccis we go.

Made online order was waiting an hour and ten minutes I call back and he says driver left another 20 min I call and he’s arguing with driver the driver still has not left I tell him I want to speak to a manager and he tells me calm down after they charge me and never came with our pizza. Excellent customer service!! I placed my order and decided last minute to switch one of my items, unfortunately they had already started my order. I told the representative no worries it’s ok I will take my order as originally placed. He was kind enough to add the additional item on him! Of course we went back and fourth a bit, but he would not stop insisting lol. Definitely will continue to bring my business there
