The food is good it's clean...I give 3 stars because a couple of times me going the lady who take orders come off with an attitude. Also they charge you extra if you use card, but there's no signs presented stating an extra charge. They janky and I don't like that!
I've been going here since I moved to Hartford in 2004. Peking Garden always makes my fried rice the way I want with extra egg in it when I ask them to. Their fried rice tastes better than the chinese restaurant that is a quarter mile down the road from them on the same strip.
