I went back to CT after being gone for about 20 years and, having told my family how good Connecticut pizza was, I took them to Pietro's on a cold March afternoon. They all said this was some of the best pizza they had ever had, absolutely loved the garlic knots, and they all tried to steal my ham grinder. It was the best food we had that trip and we often talk about it. The staff was also very friendly. Thanks Pietro's.

The people are very cool and nice, whether you're ordering in the store or picking up your food. I've had a good experience here every time with the food and workers. But just recently, they helped out with a UCONN Hartford event where not only provided service after a miscommunication, but also gave us free pizza for our troubles and the event. Would recommend for sure!

Myself and my company order from Pietro's 3 times a week. They have a wide variety of food, and everything the make is very good. The people who work there are very polite, from the person who takes the phone order to the deliver people. My favorite people to talk to are Samantha, Magi, and Heather. My favorite food there is their pizza. I am from New Haven and a big time pizza snob, so trust me on this. All sandwiches are very good as well. They really care about all the products they put out. I do not know who the owner or manager is but they are training their people well and refuse to put out a bad product. One time there was a mistake on an order. We let them know. 15 minutes later the delivery person was back here with the problem fixed.

I had this pizza at the UConn volleyball campus and it was really good so I’m giving a 5 star for food, the people who cared us and how clean the environment was awesome for going in there!
