I love ordering from here. I don't always have this issue but sometimes the fries are soggy from the steam trapped in the cardboard box so I have to reheat them in my airfryer at home. They're always courteous when I call and promptly deliver the food. I've ordered many different things from there and mostly liked them all. Sometimes I have to get toppings for my salad on the side, like the southwest salad because otherwise the liquid from the Pico will make the tortilla strips wet and I just can't do it lol. But the quality is good for the food and most times make it correctly for the changes I request.

This place believes in garlic and I believe in themLately - the last three times I've had it - there has been a problem - once they made my Alfredo with tomato sauce which gives me indigestion, this time the chicken tasted like it was microwaved and had bones in it, the last time items were missing. At offer fifty bucks a pop on door dash to get what I have been getting lately - I'll pass and just downgrade my rating. The microwave chicken with bones is the last straw.

I was eating at Pietros Pizzeria, they are very attentive when taking orders as I could not eat what I wanted at first. I want to talk about the hygiene they have with the products, I touched a bottle of Coca-Cola but I changed my mind and took another one because I thought the first one was not very cold. When I put the bottle back an employee of the pizzeria came out to clean the bottle I had touched earlier. Kudos for being so careful and so discreet, I didn't see when he wiped the bottle with a brown napkin and I didn't see when that same employee was talking about what happened with another employee. I thought it was a radioactive contamination event.I hope they raise the pay for the employees of that business. I hope they never forget the password to enter the restroom because the customers of that business do not have the right to use it.I liked the pizza but there's always a last time for everything, right?He who understood, understood

The grinder is always excellent (Italian/cold/ham/salami/pepperoni). It’s my 9 year old grandson favorite spot. He loves the cheese pizza slice that’s the size of his head and fries. Perfecto.

Can we just talk about how I only went here to get an order of sweet chilli wings, my fave. The wings are always crisp to perfection even after being tossed in sauce… but THOSE GARLIC KNOTSSSSSSS! Why am I just trying these ?!? The worker knew exactly what he was doing. These knots are soooooooo delicious, soft and flavorful. But very dangerous I repeat very dangerous. ( more for me ? )

Hands down the best pizza in the Hartford Area. Reminds me of the pizza I get when traveling to NY. I will be ordering at Pietro’s Pizza from here on out. We ordered the veggie pizza, garden salad, and a chicken cutlet grinder. Everything was excellent and the pizza sauce is EVERYTHING!!!!
Fantastic place, great Italian menu to grab and go. A huge selection of salads, breakfast, entrees, and always fresh pizza. I eat here probably 4 times a week and always great service, fresh, and fast.
