The food was very bad. We couldn’t really eat it. We got the Philly cheesesteak burger with sweet potato fries, the boneless tenders, and the sando with a side salad. The best part was the fries and the salad, and I in no way mean to imply that the fires and salad were above average.

I was seated at 5:10, our apps didn’t come out until 6:05. An order of wings and a cup of chili. At 6:35 our server told us our sandwich’s would be another 15 to 20 minutes or we can just pay for the apps and leave. Which we did, I’m assuming she never put our food in. Horrible experience and horrible service. I will never go back. I’ve never waited so long for food I didn’t even get. I have no idea if a manager was working I didn’t see one. Officially the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Ask me how my food was i wouldn't no I order food when I left 6 flag said ill pick up in 40 min got the kids Wendy's an show up to pick up the food door was locked @815 pm finally got in an no one new about the order lady asked if it was the write place. She didn't know the phone # or the address we recalled the # at 825pm no answer after the first call saying the door was lock. I called back the next day an sure enough some answer with plan b burger funnn... do give them business
Jordan, the bar tender, is doing an amazing job and certainly contributes to people coming back

Much cheaper than some of the other restaurants in the area and the food was delicious! My friends and I are planning on going back next time we're in Hartford. The portion sizes are very large too -- my wife's small salad was closer to what she'd expect for a large salad elsewhere. We had a lot of tasty leftovers for the next day!

First want to clarify great service from the waiter Kevin.Disappointed with front staff not explaining slowness with the kitchen. Arrived at 5.15, seated by 5.20 without issue.Ordered within 10 minutes, but food took 50 minutes to arrive.It's ok if there was a hold up with the kitchen, but front staff could have advised as we were late for an evening event and would have chosen another location.
