Ordered food through DoorDash yesterday and I’m pissed. My chicken was RAW‼️ the smell alone threw me off. It seem like you guys don’t care about the customers at all. Wish I can insert the pictures of the chicken here but I can’t.

I’m a loyal, daily customer who typically stops by this Popeyes location for lunch. However, today’s experience left me extremely disappointed.
I placed an order for a 3-piece combo totaling $15.12. I was short by just two cents and kindly handed the cashier $15.10, expecting some understanding, especially as a regular. Unfortunately, the drive-thru employee refused to complete the transaction and said, “I can’t be 2 cents short, so you can’t have it.”
This same staff member has waited on me in the past and consistently displays a negative, unwelcoming attitude, as though she does not enjoy her job. Today’s refusal over two cents felt less about policy and more about poor customer service.
In today’s economy, losing even one loyal customer over something so small reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers re-training staff on customer service and discretion. As long as this is the experience being offered, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Thank you for your attention. I truly hope to see improvements, as I’ve always enjoyed the food—but customer care should match the quality of the meal.

This is the spot to go to for comfort food. If you order through the app, you get rewards and good deals. I love the sweet heat sauce. The restaurant is conveniently located a few miles away from downtown Hartford. I always receive excellent care and amazing customer service from a staff member named, Jeanalyz.

If I could have given it 0 stars I would. I went it and politely said hello, I got no answer which was fine. After a min, someone came to take my order, it was my first time, but I made it fast, I said “signature 3 piece”, she ask if I wanted spicy I said yes and told her the parts of the chicken I preferred ,however she was talking to both me and persons in the drive through and did not hear me (which I initially thought she did) She completed the order and I asked “What pieces did you put “. After I corrected her, she caught an attitude saying I didn’t tell her that, I told her I did and she mocked me and threw the food on the table saying someone else can complete my order. I just walked out because chicken is not worth that hassle.

Most of the staff are rude. You rarely get one that isn’t but there are a few. The (I think) manger is extremely disrespect to everyone including her own employees from what I saw today. They had a good 15 minutes to prepare my mobile order but it was still late, they got my order wrong (no drink and they put pickles on my sandwich) and the manger threw my chicken sandwich on the counter after I asked them to fix it. Wouldn’t go back get better staff.
