Very clean. Really friendly staff. All the ingredients were freshly prepared. We could feel how they treat customers with great food. Broth was very clean. Not sweet, not too much fish sauce. Noodles were perfectly cooked. Spring rolls, egg rolls were great!!

While passing through Hartford, CT, my wife and I decided to stop at Que Huong, a charming Vietnamese restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm and inviting, with simple yet cozy décor that made us feel right at home.
We started with Gỏi cuốn (spring rolls), and they were incredibly fresh. The combination of crisp vegetables, tender shrimp, and the peanut sauce was perfect. For the main meal, we both went with the Bánh Mì sandwiches and chose the Gà Nướng (grilled chicken). The sandwich was a standout – the bread had the perfect crunch, and the grilled chicken was flavorful and juicy, paired with fresh veggies that made it even better.
The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though it was our first time, we felt like regulars with how warmly we were treated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend Que Huong to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese food in Hartford!

First time here…why did it take me so long? This rises to the top of my Pho list in greater Hartford area. Beefy, rich, clean broth. Dark caramel color and the depth of flavor to match. Not fatty, just enough salt. Meat is fresh, good flavor. Chili oil is hot, and excellent. Ted told me they cook broth at least 8 hours, no powder, bones. The right way and it shows. No cutting corners. Very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go again and try their other dishes.

I went to Vietnam in April and this is the best southern style pho I’ve had since I have been back. Broth was very rich, meat was tender and the home made chili oil there was amazing too. I also had grilled chicken banh mi, very generous with the chicken and very flavorful. Really good meal over all and the owner was very friendly. Will definitely go again and I plan on bringing friends and family.

The Pho here is really good and high quality. The service is super fast and very friendly. Easy street parking and an open lot across the street. Highly recommend.

I've been around the pho scene around the Hartford area. This place got one of the best in my opinion! Broth has good essence of beef flavor. Portion is plenty. Honestly my mouth didn't feel dry after my meal. Usually it does at other places.
Good service. Good food. Good people.

I’m so happy there’s another restaurant that serves Pho closer to the north end of Hartford. One thing that sets this restaurant apart from the rest is that they have fish sauce & other seasoning on the table so you can modify the broth to your preference.
I believe I interacted with the owner & he was lovely. The service was great, noodles were plentiful. They ran out of tendon the day I went but no worries because I will be returning for a 2nd visit!
