I ordered the chicken tenders w a side of fries for $15. After ordering I ask to use the bathroom and the worker hands me the key.
The back hall is so extremely dirty and littered w all types of things. I still need to use the bathroom so I go in and it’s dirty and smells like it’s never been cleaned in a while.
I get my order. The fries were greasy like the oil hasn’t been changed. The tenders were salty store bought frozen. Not the breaded ones they advertise on the menu.
I was pissed. And feel nauseous and full of regret after going there. Do not waste your money. The worst restaurant in Hartford.

My friend was physically assaulted by the staff for simply asking to correct our order. The food was terrible, but that pales in comparison to the violent and hostile environment. This restaurant is a danger to anyone who walks through its doors. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Ranch . Your safety is worth more than a slice of pizza!
