Red Rock Tavern Reviews
Red Rock Tavern is the hidden gem of Hartford—warm energy, great people, and a vibe that always hits. If you’re stepping out on a Saturday, the 90s Karaoke Sip & Paint is the move. Nostalgia, creativity, and good music in one room… it’s the perfect way to elevate your weekend.
Red rock is a great place to gather and have a delicious meal. They have great rotating specials and a menu that can accommodate a wide array of diets. Some of my favorite items they serve are eggplant Parmesan, their homemade hummus, all of their salads, and any pasta dish they serve.
Home style food. Very good. Friendly staff. Owner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Red Rock Tavern is a restaurant in Hartford that offers a diverse menu with top-notch food beyond standard bar fare. The welcoming atmosphere attracts a wide range of people, and the staff provides exceptional service, making diners feel at ease. The waitstaff is very courteous and attentive, ensuring that drinks and food are served quickly. The bar has a full drink menu, and the lively ambiance is enhanced by live music, especially during busy nights. The menu features big options at affordable prices, catering to various appetites. Customers praise the good food and vibes, with highlights including the patio and customizable dishes like nachos. The chicken caesar salad, served in a tortilla bowl, remains a popular menu item. Red Rock Tavern is also accommodating to those with dogs and offers breakfast, making it a new favorite for many. While the service could be more attentive at times, and the bathroom cleanliness could use improvement, Red Rock Tavern continues to be a great spot for dining, drinks, and socializing. For a steal, visitors can enjoy build-your-own grinders for $6 on Mondays.
