Waited an hour, our food hadn’t come out, turns out they lost our ticket. Had to fight to have it put at the front of the line, they said that they were going to give a discount on the check and they didn’t, and there was a 20% gratuity already added when the check finally came.

Food is good and good price. Service was pretty mid. Our server was kinda rude and also very pushy, rushing us. They served my table both appetizers and our entrees at the same time. One person received their appetizer and entree at the same time and was left eating alone while the rest of us had no food for about 10 minutes. By the time our food arrived, they were done eating.. overall 3/5.

Waitstaff was very courteous and came to us right away. Got drinks and food quickly and everything was delicious. Probably has live music at night and I bet the place is packed. Found out they do breakfast also. It's a new favorite of mine.

What a cool find while on a road trip! Great staff!! The food was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere as local patrons arrived after their rugby games. They are very accommodating to people that have dogs with them.

My husband and I visited Red Rock while staying in Hartford and loved everything it had to offer. The staff was super friendly, we even met the current and previous owner and received free drinks for striking up conversation. Visit on a Monday and get one of their build-your-own grinders for $6! Such a steal. Food was amazing, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was definitely top notch. If you're looking for a great locally owned Italian restaurant/bar, this is the place. We would 100% come back.

Perfectly average: not too good and not too bad. Closer to a 3.5 than a 3, but certainly not a 4. The high price definitely knocks it.
