It's fine, but not a must try. The food and drinks are very expensive for what they are ($20 for a small deli meat turkey club and fries). The staff are very friendly and the tavern itself has a very old school authentic wooden tavern feel. The music that was being played over the speakers was incredibly loud (to the point you couldn't hear across a small table).
I was here from FL on a work trip, and stopped by after a 12 hour shift. Food was good, vibes good, staff very pleasant and friendly. You can tell they know they customers well. Definitely would come again.
My girl and I came here on a Sunday night at 10:30
to grab some food and drinks. This was the only place open anywhere in 50 miles. The service and food was bussin! Especially for 10:30pm on a Sunday. The people working here didn’t act like the wanted to be home. They were attentive and provided great service all the way until close! Much appreciated! Most places act like they are trying to leave and you are a burden. Felt very welcomed here. Old school late night vibes...
