The owner and staff were fantastic from beginning to end. Food was perfect- timely- delicious. We are traveling from Chicago to see a UConn game and this was a highlight of our trip. Salads- appetizers- drinks- pasta- all top notch. Will definitely visit again on our next trip!

We had our FD work Christmas party last evening at Salute. They were able to accommodate 20 of us with ease. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. The staff took very good care of us and I’d highly recommend the restaurant for simple dining or larger get togethers. We’ll be back for sure

The manager or owner Jimi " Cos" was absolutely incredible and really made our dinner a fantastic experience. I would 10/10 recommend this to everyone and anyone from a casual stop in to a nice date night. He truly went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome . The food was delicious as well if I ever return to Hartford this is the first place I'm going

The food, the drinks, the AMAZING service made this the best dining experience I’ve had in Hartford. The cheese bread was perfect, the chicken parm was the best I’ve had, and what made it better is that Jimmy and his staff made me and my coworkers feel like we were the only customers in the building.
