Food to good I had the whitings, yams and collards it was to good the only thing that I didn’t like the potato salad but other than that good and great customer service and they are friendly will be coming back

This has got to be the most horrible Soulfood I have ever eaten. Being from the south that is saying a lot. The food was disgusting the order took 35 minutes longer than promised. The chicken was cold fried two or three times in old grease. The shrimp and grits were not sufficiently cooked and so they were grainy the shrimp looks like fried shrimp that you didn't have any kind of sauce on or anything. And when I attempted to call them to share my opinion the number goes somewhere else or whoever answered it indicated it was the wrong number. The funny thing is I didn't look up their number I used the number that was linked to their website and clicked on it. If you can't do any better than this please just close the doors so you don't give other people who cook soul food a bad name.

Solid spot for me. Great flavors. I had the fried chop and fish. Both were large and well seasoned. The food was also warm and ready when they said it would be. This was only my first try tho. I will need to try them more to make sure this 5 stars stays.

Soul Food Sundayz is a hidden gem with family vibez & hospitality. The place is nice and very clean following all the new Covid rules. There is street parking and they have a ramp leading up to the door. Follow them on Instagram for daily specials and menu options . Pro Tip : order two meals, because your gonna want more later . I saw they had baked potatoes smothered with steak ,fried shrimp , cheese sauce & broccoli online so I had to come here and try it . They have jerked chicken to go ontop if you wanted ,basically anything you'd like.I don't know what seasonings they used for that steak ,but it was sooooooo good. Tender & flavorful I could have eaten that as a side alone . In the middle was a mound of cheese sauce with broccoli then golden fried shrimp on the other side. Great meal !I also got a order of ribs and Mac n cheese . Totally worth it ,it tasted like a home cooked meal . Prices are right and worth the 30 min drive for me .

Place smells horrible you can smell they don't change the grease as if they should. People are rude and they don't wear face mask or hair nets. The cook wears regular street clothes. Do not waste your time eating this food they can't cook.
