The snoballs are delicious! Love having a wide variety of non-dairy options. I tried the Piccadilly, the sour apple, and the Berry Nerdy, all very tasty!

The restaurant is located inside Parkville Market. If you're not familiar with Parkville Market, it's a market filled with numerous restaurant. Cool right. Parking is great. Pay attention for the Parkville at the entrance of the packing lot or you'll miss it! There's plenty of space but expect to park a little further during lunch and busy hours. While dining at Meltdown he owner came out and hit us with a major surprise! Sno N Dough(which was formerly opened but closed)was back! If you're not familiar with Sno N Dough they served sweet treats like snowcones and fried dough, Louisiana style. He is the owner of both. I have to say this totally made my day! I went right on down to get me one lol. They used to be opened right next door to Meltdown. Now theyre all the way at the other endcant make it to a carnival, no problem lol. Their fried dough is out of this world. So good i didnt get a pic lol. The difference between their snowcones and traditional is that theirs are topped with Sweet condensed milk. Baybeeee before you jugde, try it and i promise youll like it. Now i get it all through my snowcone! Highly recommend and would come again! So happy they're back!!!!

Sno n Dough is serving up authentic New Orleans snoballs and carnival treats. I had a snoball, churros, and beignets and found them to be absolutely delicious! Made me so food happy!!

Great weekend trip! My family loved the southern style snoballs, as well as their other quick bites! Best fair food I’ve ever had. I’ll be returning soon for dinner and dessert at Sno N’ Dough, not only for the food; but for the friendly staff and fun carnival environment.
On my first visit to Parkville Market, I stopped at the newly opened Sno ‘N’ Dough to try an authentic New Orleans Sno-Ball for the first time! I tried their limited-time red dragons blood flavor which was fruity and mixed well with the sweetness of the condensed milk and whipped cream. It’s better than a snow cone, but not as heavy as ice cream. They had a great menu that I can’t wait to come back and try more of. Also, their popcorn is perfectly buttery and salty!

Had a great experience today at Sno N Dough. It’s located in the Parkville Market in Hartford. Plenty of parking outside. I’ve never had a Louisiana snowball before, but plan on returning for more. I got there before they opened, but the friendly staff said they were ready to serve. I got the whole run down on how they were made and all the ingredients that go into it. I’m not a big fan of whipped cream, so I asked for a small amount. That was a mistake because it was the best whipped cream I’ve ever eaten. All the flavors mixed in very well. As it slowly melted, each ingredient was mixed together deliciously. Very positive experience and will be returning. Even grabbed some popcorn to go with my sno-ball
