Extremely disappointed when the other day spent almost $30 fist I walk in no one greets nor ask if I needed help one girl was to busy getting her flirt on well finally I get to order and did my order got home so disappointed what I baught was nasty I baught cookies they where so hard you can give someone a concussion with it ,I also got quesitos with guava so disappointed as well it looked like they cut a piece of white cheese and put it in there ok long story short I called them the next day not cuz I wanted my money back just to let the manager know cuz ive never had a problem been going here for yrs his response well the cookies been out for a week and a half blah blah blah OK not once did he apologize nor offer anything not that I wanted it but told me we'll be making fresh cookies tomorrow WHATTT OK well lost me as a customer I let my ppls know ill take the drive to New Britain CT BAKERY everything's fresh there

Terrible customer service, I called to place an order and they told me the line was too long to place an order. But the lady was yelling in Spanish trying to hang up the call while I was talking. No matter if business is busy or not you shouldn’t turn away customers because you can not handle being busy or multitasking.

Great place, I come here every Saturday and get two baguettes and something sweet, usually some sort of donut or cupcake. i’ve been coming here for years ever since i was a kid, i would never change this place for anything else. prices are reasonable.

They are rly good, but when it comes to the cubanito sandwich they are extremely cheap with the pernil. They literally put one piece in a corner, barely a slice of salami.so it might as well be bread with cheese and a taste of salami. Love their pan de Agua with butter and my kids love their donuts, chocolate chip cookies and flan.

I have always came to this bakery,my wife and I walked in,we were waiting in line for about 10 minutes but I guess that we were standing wasnt it!The small shoet dark sling spanish guy saw us standing there no good morning NOTHING!There was another line to the left of us but the people that went up to order they were holding up thw wall next thing you know this man is taking their orders This one lady said to the man that my wife and I were there before her and he told her that's not where thw line is,I'm Hispanic but dark so he must of thought I wasnt Spanish. Why didn't he say ok let mw take care of her and then come to me HE DIDNT!I will never come back to this place again.

So overpriced! Lack of quality and the quantity. I ordered 2 sandwiches and both sandwiches was so skimpy they charge for the cheese and it was no cheese. Save your money and go elsewhere. Things are ruff to be wasting money and time. Not good at all.
