The pastries are delicious but I was charged 2 twice for half of my bill when I went back less than 5 minutes later they couldn't refund me what was do. Told me to call the next day but they never answered their phone. They truly need better

Pastries definitely get a 10/10 in my book, whatever it is that they are doing as far as the food they should keep doing it. The ambiance is average. But the service is below average, I came by to purchase a dozen donuts and received 11, went back an explained to them and Patricia took one of the donuts out and add a chocolate in there but I didn't realize until after the fact. I ended up leaving and checking before I went home and notice I still had only 11 I called and explained and the guy told me no problem come and we'll give you the missing donut. Went back and the other lady upfront instead of providing service she sent me back to Patricia. Knowing she missed count she started giving me attitude and aggressively push the donut off to me... crazy thing everyone loved the donuts at the party but the service given because of a issue on their end was inappropriate... You guys need people with good customer service, that understands English because all kind of ethnicity shows support to this business. Crazy thing when I went back and realized they had more donuts left I was ready to buy some more but the service cut my vibe.

I gotta be honest here .I love those breakfast sandwiches altho they mess up my order sometimes when I order sandwich with white or cheddar or even swiss cheese they hardly ever get it right. Alot of people come here for their fresh baked bread and coffee,despite them getting getting my order wrong at times I still go there (their sandwiches are good) but this morning I called to place my order and avoid having to wait in line when the person who picked up told me that I could not place my order because they were busy .This is something totally unheard of in my lifetime of ordering over the phone anyplace where they serve food, sandwiches,etc.Not a happy camper this morning.("nuff said")
