We had a group of 15 at Sorella before a show at Hartford Stage, and every aspect of our visit was wonderful — the drinks, the atmosphere, the food, and most of all, the service. Our server, Lisa, was attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. With guests spanning multiple generations, her thoughtful and professional service made a truly positive impact on our evening. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and made us all feel welcome. Lisa really made our night, and we are so grateful. Staff was very polite even with the place very busy on a Wednesday night. Only bad mark i would give was that they close at 8pm!!!! Food was very good. Ordered the seasonal pizza and the eggplant apple. Very tasty!

We enjoyed our dinner overall the vibes are great, the drinks were amazing and strong. However the shrimp scampi tasted sour, and all my life I have been ordering shrimp scampi in different restaurants it’s not supposed to be sour! That was my only complaint, please rethink that recipe.

Cacio e pepe pasta and small plates were very good. They had run out of raviolis. Margarita pizza was average to maybe slightly above average. Avoid the kitchen sink salad. Great service and ambiance.

Great pizza, not too charred but also not too chewy. The homemade sausage is incredible and made the pizza I ordered stand out even more. What I was most impressed with was the level of service. I ordered online through Chow now, and the order was canceled as I arrived (NOT sorella’s fault or doing). The two staff members, Who I assume are managers, were so quick to resolve the issue and expedited my pizza order. They were helpful and kind and provided exceptional service. I will gladly eat here again on my next visit to Hartford
Ordered 2 pastas to go for a dinner picnic. Came to the park openeded bag. No utensils. Cant eat pasta with fingers. Ruined date night

We had our Son's dress rehearsal dinner here, 18 of us. We couldn't have pick a better place. The food was AMAZING!!! The service was ABOVE and BEYOND!!! Every detail was attended too particularly in accommodating some Vegan needs. We had a truly wonderful experience . It was delightful. Most of all it felt like family. Love this place and a shot out to Lynn and crew....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
