A gem tucked away behind Constitution Plaza in downtown Hartford. Starting with the decor, ambiance and the customer service, we were thoroughly happy with our experience. The hot chocolate I ordered was made exactly as I ordered. Most places they make it too sweet even after I specify less sugar. Here it was made just right. Large, spacious and very modern. Family friendly and great place to eat and meet. Definitely coming back.

Coffee is great. Knowledgeable baristas with average pricing. However, the bar charges a $10 minimum on cards that is not listed on the menu and not enforced in the coffee shop. Essentially, they will not permit you to purchase a single beer on a card which is unfortunate since I work less than a block away.

Great location. Service is friendly and helpful. I went at a pretty odd hour, so there weren't that many people there, but everyone seemed to be having a great time. I only had a latte and a cookie, but...Their oatmeal raisin cookie is to die for! I will for sure go back and definitely recommend it.

Great atmosphere! Ideal place to study or work on your own projects. Staff is very friendly and makes this place more comfortable. I tried a caramel latte which was good! I definitely will be coming back here again and again.

What a great spot in Hartford serving both food and drinks. Plenty of seating with wifi and outlets/USB ports if you are looking to get some work done. There's a bar with TV's and outdoor seating as well. Also some card games and jenga.

Nice decor and friendly staff but the acoustics are TERRIBLE. If there are more than five people talking it's a challenge to hear someone sitting right next to you. Also the bar had no drinks menu and only a limited selection of beer. Not heated well either.

The only good thing about Hartford is this cafe! Really love the vibe here and the beverages are worth your time. When in downtown needing some downtime or to have a coffee meet up, this place will be awesome. Once you are done with your coffee you may just 20 steps and walk into an adjacent bar!

The bar area is separate from the cafe, and there is an OUTDOOR BEER GARDEN - in the warmer months there are often music performances on said outdoor beer garden. Again, lots of seating here as well, which is always a plus. I have had food here before but typically just get drinks. I think I have had the Cali Club once - I remember it being fresh and yummy, and the breakfast sandwiches I've had have been good as well.
