Today I went to exchange a coffee that was bought for staff by a Rep, however, it was sitting for a while to get picked up. I waited twenty minutes and walked out. Had to wait over 20 minutes. They need to do better.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. My drink had spoiled creamer or milk, and when I requested a replacement, they just refilled it with ice. I feel like I wasted my money, and this experience was frustrating. This location really needs to do better.

Firstly, I worked at Starbucks for years so I know they got y’all messed up when you go in here. I watched the lady that got her drink before me have an issue too.. one that could’ve been easily resolved by a simple action by the barista. Then I stood there for 20 minutes after having ordered in advance on the app to not be acknowledged once while standing there then had to argue with them about the fact that I did in fact, put an order in at this location and I have proof on the app. That I had to show them the drink recipe and they still got it wrong, my coffee is gross and my time was wasted. Terrible service, terrible experience. Do not recommend. Quite literally any other Starbucks.

I had went down to grab a food and drink item for my wife after she had been in labor. The staff member who was on the floor had congratulated me on the arrival of our newborn. The service was fantastic and I will continue to go to this location for the remainder of my wife’s stay at the hospital. Thank you for your staffs’ kindness!

This vendor is very slow. You should expect to be waithinging at least 10 to 15 min.I wouldn't recommend it unless you have the time to be waiting for your items.
