I hope somebody would authority seize this.The guy who works third shift as the way refuses.DoorDash.Orders refuses to do orders and you guys are losing a lot of money.Cause you always says somebody counsels, but he's just not working.He has a poor attitude.He doesn't want to work and he needs to be fired very disrespectful

After standing there at the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes, they finished making the people ahead of me food and then went through online orders while I just stood there . I told them I wanted 6 inch sandwich. I’m very easy. It’s just tuna, lettuce and black hours and they still proceed peoples orders that are not even in the building before they handle the customers that are in the building. It makes no sense

This place is horrible skimp you on the meat and the 2 Spanish guys that work there always trying to get you to make your sub the way they like it very annoying here if a customer wants his or her food the way they like it you honor that and if they want it cold and not heated respect that it's not what you.want done going here👎🏼

Absolutely the best grinders on the south end of Hartford Ever thing was fresh and spotless these guys take pride in there craft just let them make your sub with there twist and you will be mind blown i was. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SUB and don't forget to tip

I always order at this store maple ave today January 7/2025 it’s my last time I order door dash the sandwich bag was not clip like always the sandwich papel didn’t have a tape like always I eat my food and 20 min later here i was throwing up all my food un responsable workers unsanitary
Ordered online went to pick up my kids food after they took my last $38.00 and told me they didn't get my order and they couldn't refund me my money nor could the make my food. Worst place to order from. Will never order from them again. Giant Grinders is a whole lot better.

Good grief... So of course it's a subway the food is bad no matter what. They are open twenty four hours a day so that's convenient. The biggest issue with this particular subway is the Osha violation in the parking lot they absolutely refuse to fix. A few years back I drove into a Pole in the parking lot that is way below driving eyeline. I was told by the manager. It is a former light post that they have not gotten rid of. They were required to pay for the damages to my car. Because this pole is absolutely illegal. If you can't see it from your car it poses a hazard to everybody. For a little while they put a traffic cone on top of the pole, but it's not there anymore. So yeah the parking situation is clearly bad. The fact that management doesn't care enough to fix this problem after having to pay thousands to fix at least my car, and likely other cars, just blows my mind. When I reported the incident to the police. They even knew the exact structure I was talking about. Clearly i'm not the only one that's dealt with this problem from the way they reacted. I will post a picture of what i'm talking about below my review. Management please do something so that this doesn't happen to more people. The traffic cone was fine I guess but it would be a lot better if you took it out of the parking lot.
Parking: Dangerous hazard that goes against state regulations in the middle of the parking lot.
