Bad customer service and if you have a coupon they won't honor what you like to have they just pick certain ones basically the ones you don't like 🤷

I was treated terribly at the subways on weston st in hartford. This was today at 5:40pm. The woman by the name of Lida was very rude to me and my son. Made us feel like we were a bother to have asked for a second sandwich instead of asking at the beginning of the line. This spot already has terrible reputation and even though it's in my neighborhood I will never visit again. Sadly this family is losing their reputation due to how bad the customer service is by this young lady.

Worst service ever ! The main server is a woman . She is rude disrespectful and looks at you as if she doesnt want tour service . It surprises me that they are still in business! Stop supporting them Weston , Sisson ave and farmington ave locations .

So I went to Subway yesterday during my lunch (1:15pm ish) it was packed. Whatever I didnt mind too much, I know its lunch time. I normally use my coupons AND THERE ISNT A PROBLEM, but this time I had a “buy a footlong, get a free bag of chips.” Btw the older lady and the older guy who work there are nice, but I always have a hard time with a younger guy (darker complex). He of course was the one who told me that I cannot use the coupon. I asked if it was posted, he didnt acknowledge my question OF COURSE. I tried to scan it with the customer scanner and it supposedly didnt work. I wouldnt have had an issue if they never accepted my coupons, but they normally do. It didnt seem right, but whatever I had $2 in subway rewards, to use so I got some money taken off. Please post your policies SUBWAY ON WESTON ST. in Hartford.

The Indian lady that works there is pleasant, but at times she can be difficult.

The newer Indian guy that works there, well, it appears that he hates his job. I went there today to grab a sandwich. Upon arrival he was on his phone, no big deal because no customers were inside. Not once did he disconnect his phone call, as he was in a deep phone conversation as he made by sandwich. I was shocked that he even asked as to what kind of sandwich I wanted. This is not my first time dealing with this guy, he has ZERO customer service skills.

Also, clean up the bathrooms once in a while. You made everything else inside look appealing, but made zero improvements to the bathroom.

Workers sit in the back and pay no mind to the front of the store. A dude was in the bathroom with no toilet paper. They had to get him some and didn't realize there was none in there. The women put extra stuff on a man's sandwich, which he didn't ask for. Also they speak very bad English and are very hard to understand. They don't wear name tags, probably cause they know people will complain and don't want their name out there. A woman asked to change her bread cause when he spoke, he spit into her sandwich and then said, "You do this all the time!?" HE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! This is my first and last time here! Also, the bathrooms are discussing! Why not clean the place rather than hang out in the back room.

Please save yourself, and go to the Pride gas station over the bridge Subway. This gas station is private (family) owned there is no customer service. They’re also on Farmington and sisson. They refuse to accept subways promos even tho they contracted with subway to participate in promotions. They lack integrity, spirit, and care. Cop Hernandez gave me my $ back instead of the franchise. If you care about the people your feeding stay away from them.

Nice clean place. Subs were good but Very Stingy with the filling. Tiny amont of tuna. Tiny amount of chicken. Seems each store has its own process. Will not be coming back here.

I love subway but walked out of this store.The employees need a lesson in customer service.They won't greet you even after you say hello, they just stare at you while talking on their phones.Literally not a single word.I love subway but cmon man

Did an Uber Eats order for $38.00, I received half my order and what I did receive is completely wrong. Called the store and the woman there is VERY RUDE. She hung up on me twice after saying something I could not understand. I will be calling corporate and asking for a full refund.
