Don’t buy here. The Indian lady attending it’s totally rude. She pack my sandwich and don’t put any vegetables and I ask why? She say meatball don’t come with vegetables. At the end put some like if I am asking for free. Totally shame for subway restaurants. This people have the mind set like still living in India fighting for food, I don’t know what kind of bad experiences have in their childhood, it’s time to change…

The staff I met was rude. When I told that I came to pick up a sandwich I'd ordered online, she didn't utter any word but just threw it to me. The sandwich itself was disappointing as well since each stuff was little. This experience greatly damaged my impression of not only this store, but of the Subway brand as a whole.

if your coming to Hartford from union station don’t buy from the subway here it’s horrible and disgusting me and my boyfriend ordered from here and our sandwiches tasted like bleach and the worker was shoving her fingers all in my bfs sandwiches with no gloves, they have no good costumer services and almost everytime we get food here as a quick go it’s disgusting, the workers over price the food not going by actual subways prices.

Wouldn’t be the end of a Hartford trip without dealing with the worst customer service imaginable. The lady never fails to be rude with the customers. The food by Subway standards is alright and it being the only place to get food at the station, you’ll definitely have to face the rudest. It’s tradition now but this needs to change.

BIBI WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE!I approached and said a pleasant good morning. She barely looked up from what she was reading to acknowledge me. I politely waited as she finished what she was reading. Then she started handling something on the cash register, ignoring me - the customer, the ONLY costumer in line...I repeatthe ONLY customer So I pleasantly informed her that I was all set with my order bc I assumed she was reading & typing on the register to give me time to figure out what I wanted. NO. To the contrary: BIBI looked at me, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders w complete indifference and said w a nasty sneer, "I can't help you. I'm doing inventory.".UNACCEPTABLE.DO NOT GO HERE.IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED W APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONALISM, GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY.DO NOT GO HERE!!BIBI IS RUDE!! I will also be following up w a complaint to Subway HQ AND the franchise owner if I can locate his/her contact information.

I was waiting for my train when I decided to grab a sandwich and the guy told me he was closed at 8:29pm. All the meat and other stuff to make a sandwich were visibly out. He then made a slick comment to the guy he was speaking with as I walked off. Not sure why he didn’t want to service me but he’s lucky I even attempted to eat here. Horrible customer service.
Apparently the app and the store aren't really in sync. App told me my order was ready but when I got there they were in the back chit-chating. When they saw me and came out to the front, they said they'd make it now and to give them 5 minutes! When I came back a few minutes later they handed me my bag and a solid frozen bottle of soda...asked for a new one and a cup. They said sure if I wanted to pay for the cup! I took my bag and defrosted soda and left. Oh, with no napkins in my bag either.
