Wouldn’t be the end of a Hartford trip without dealing with the worst customer service imaginable. The lady never fails to be rude with the customers. The food by Subway standards is alright and it being the only place to get food at the station, you’ll definitely have to face the rudest. It’s tradition now but this needs to change.

BIBI WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE!I approached and said a pleasant good morning. She barely looked up from what she was reading to acknowledge me. I politely waited as she finished what she was reading. Then she started handling something on the cash register, ignoring me - the customer, the ONLY costumer in line...I repeatthe ONLY customer So I pleasantly informed her that I was all set with my order bc I assumed she was reading & typing on the register to give me time to figure out what I wanted. NO. To the contrary: BIBI looked at me, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders w complete indifference and said w a nasty sneer, "I can't help you. I'm doing inventory.".UNACCEPTABLE.DO NOT GO HERE.IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED W APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONALISM, GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY.DO NOT GO HERE!!BIBI IS RUDE!! I will also be following up w a complaint to Subway HQ AND the franchise owner if I can locate his/her contact information.

I was waiting for my train when I decided to grab a sandwich and the guy told me he was closed at 8:29pm. All the meat and other stuff to make a sandwich were visibly out. He then made a slick comment to the guy he was speaking with as I walked off. Not sure why he didn’t want to service me but he’s lucky I even attempted to eat here. Horrible customer service.

Apparently the app and the store aren't really in sync. App told me my order was ready but when I got there they were in the back chit-chating. When they saw me and came out to the front, they said they'd make it now and to give them 5 minutes! When I came back a few minutes later they handed me my bag and a solid frozen bottle of soda...asked for a new one and a cup. They said sure if I wanted to pay for the cup! I took my bag and defrosted soda and left. Oh, with no napkins in my bag either.

I was standing in front of subway while worker was on phone. I was not aware it wasn't opened yet, but I was patiently waiting. The worker was on her phone and did not bother to tell me they weren't opened yet. I eventually asked the lady if I could order without even making eye contact she muttered "not open". You would think she would have decency to see me standing there, remove herself from being on her phone, and say "hey, just a heads up we open in 5 minutes".

Another great Spot to catch a bite. Ordered a small pizza order and it was amazing. Small yet functional area to catch a meal, food was great, also great service I might add & definitely positioned in the right spot at the mall.

I got one of their classic sandwiches and they wouldn’t let me add some extra veggies to it. It’s Subway, that’s like half the reason to go there. Terrible.

First time I ever visited this location. I usually go to a different location after Sunday mass each week.The server was very rude, very hostile & very unfriendly. I have no idea what his problem is. Will never go there again.

Literally was in line for 25 min for 2 people in front of me and still was not able to get a sandwich before I had to leave for a bus. What a nightmare. I will never even try to use this place in the future. I'd recommend having more than 1 person working or having 1 person who can handle doing more than 2 sandwiches in over 20 minutes.
