Yes, there was a HUGE line. But it moved SO quickly. They had 3+ people rotating on the sandwich line and they were banging out orders fast. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Even though they were super busy, all the staff were very happy and smiling away. I wish all subways could be like this. It was obviously hard to find a seat, where it was so busy. But once we were able to sit down, it was great. They do have high chairs and there is plenty of room for anyone in a wheelchair.
They move quick, but this is basically a museum cafeteria. It gets really busy and they are just trying to move people along as quickly as they can while providing the best service they can.
