I placed an order on Uber Eats for $36 at Taco Bell, but today I don't know what happened to them, I'm allergic to sour cream and they threw it away, my tacos doros locos that had potatoes added and were made with meat were all sent to me without meat, I called but they hung up on me, I don't recommend eating here at all, I thought they were improving but they went backwards again, being allergic they could have caused me something since the cream was mixed with everything, I couldn't eat anything from the order

I purchase tacos 🌮 and nachos chips 🍟 and cheese 🧀 from Taco Bell they are really good 👍 and I like their Mountain ⛰️ Dew Baja Blast.
HORRENDOUS customer service. If you don’t want to come to work, don’t. Don’t clock in and make a horrible experience for people just trying to get food; people who were polite at that. What we should’ve done was drag her through the window, but we didn’t, did we? No, bc we’re mindful of our environment and what role we should play in situations. She needs to learn her role. Get better employees. Please and thank you.

Terrible customer service. When you talk to the associates they straight up ignore you. I understand we in Hartford. Low expectations. But still get your associates in check. Fire people or they going to continue treating customers like this. I am a very patient person but the wait was insane. I tried to talk to the manager about a refund she straight up ignore me. I talked to one of the men associates he apologized. How you a manager and treat customers like this. A manager needs to supervise their associates and train them correctly or they’re going to treat the work place like it’s a play ground. Very upsetting.

Must be the most incompetent people to ever work fast food in history. How do you mix boxes together when one box is literally vegetarian asking for no meat. How do you get the order correct and make the vegetarian options but then mix them together. Ruined a whole night of food and made one of us throw up bc we don't eat meat. Someone needs to educate themselves on how to properly pack food.
