A beautiful body perishes, but a work of art dies not. -Leonardo da Vinci Artwork inspires, teaches, criticizes and challenges who we are. Without sound it holds humanity's powerful voice. It's a wonderful place, it's time well spent. If you visit, and nothing here seems exciting or worthwhile, create something that is! Hopefully you'll share my sentiment after visiting yourself. Very beautiful museum. We were there for about 2 hours or so and didn't even get to see a half of the museum. It's very large and well presented. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend!

I very much enjoyed visiting the Wadsworth. During these strange COVID times, they waived admission, and that alone made the visit worthwhile. The collection is strong in American and European works, not particularly strong in non-Western art, although there are Chinese and Egyptian works (and I don't mean to criticize the collection, only to inform).
