I called The Portly Pig to have them read the instructions to make sure my order would be correct. I asked for chicken breast and barbecue ribs, Along with my size of baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and cornbread, and I asked for extra sauce on the side Order was completely wrong when I called in advance to make sure The order would be correct

We had Portly Pig cater our wedding, it was absolutely an amazing experience! The FOOD, sooooo good! The wedding guest had nothing but good reviews about the food! The caterers on the phone are very knowledgeable about portion sizes for ordering. The food came hot and ready. Plenty of dipping sauces. We got brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans and salad. 10/10 recommend!!!!

We worked with The Portly Pig to cater our vow renewal and it was the best decision we could’ve made. We ordered the beef brisket and the maple mustard smoked chicken with 3 sides, along with the smoked peach cobbler for dessert. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the full service catering staff was amazing. We, along with all 75 of our guests, gave the food and service a raving review. We would definitely work with Jonathon, Barbara, and their team again.

We recently used the Portly Pig BBQ Catering service for a birthday party, and we were absolutely blown away with the food, service, and flexibility of the team. They did a fantastic job and left our guests continuously asking who we used for catering. Big shout out to the team for trucking all of their equipment down a large hill after a parking snafu. We will definitely be using the Portly Pig BBQ for catering in the future!

Our food was delicious!! I had brisket, street corn (the only picture I took) and Cole slaw. My husband had brisket, beans and Cole slaw. The brisket was flavorful and tender! We also loved everything else!

This place…. The guy working here was more interested in his phone conversation than taking my order. I went with the “Almost Famous Bowl” with brisket, because if you are going to make a claim like this, it better be great. Set me back 15 bills, 20 with a drink and tax. After pulling all the fat off the top of the bowl, I was left with about 3.00 worth of corn, mashed potatoes and brisket. And I hate to break the news, but this is making nobody famous. Sick to your stomach, perhaps. Famous, no. KFC Bowls are better for a third of the cost. Stick with Asian and Latino concepts here.

I ordered via an app. The food was Ok. The kielbasa was a little under cooked, the rib serving size were lacking and the mashed potatoes were dry and hard. The seasonings we great, the brisket was juicy and the baked beans were thick sweet and good

Absolutely fantastic people and amazing BBQ! We ordered ribs, multiple types of wings, brisket, pulled pork and many sides to serve at a wedding that was held this past weekend. John and Barbara went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. They were so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Delivery was punctual and the food was hot and delicious. We will definitely be using them again for future events. I can't say enough great things about them. Thank you all so so much for making the special day even more memorable.

We had Portly Pig cater our May 2024 wedding and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious and planning with them was a breeze. The guests loved our food options. Highly recommend Portly Pig for catering. Don't sleep on the green beans.
