This place has some of the best bbq in the state. Period.It's a little hole in the wall tucked into a food hall, but they're turning out some crazy awesome food.Everything I've ever had here has been amazing, the ribs, brisket, pulled pork, all of the sides.They're cornbread is the best I've ever had.

Such phenomenal food and overall an incredible experience! We ordered the “Soon to be Famous” bowl, which consisted of mashed potatoes, pulled pork, corn, and a delicious gravy. We also ordered a side of corn bread and the best green beans we’ve ever had! They were smoky, flavorful, and WELL seasoned!!!On top of their incredible food, the service is EXCELLENT!! Everyone is so kind and down to earth, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Definitely a must-try at Parkville Market.Bravo! ✨Vegetarian options: Lovely garlic green beans.Parking: Plentiful parking.

Been to parkville many times and have not stopped at this place until now. Can I say I wish I stopped at their stall sooner! Service was great and the food was phenomenal. I got the pork belly with green Beene and mashed potatoes with gravy - green beans were delish and made to order. My bf got the brisket and it was better than what I’ve had in texas. We also banana pudding to go! will be back, thanks PP!

Had the family up for a few days before christmas, and had to take them to Portly Pig for some food. When we mentioned it to the gentleman behind the counter, he offered ro buy us our pork belly appetizer and wings as a Christmas present. Such a nice guy!Man oh man... my uncle wouldn't stop talking about the brisket, and I can't say I blame him.See original review below, still 100% trueJust moved up here from Austin, and man, have I found a spot that's as good as anything I have ever eaten down south.The brisket is fantastic, so good I hesitate to say many in my home state could match it.Side dishes were on point, smoked beans were sweet and savory and rich and the greenbeans are fresh to order and loaded with garlic.Loved everything about it, and look forward to coming back soon. Awesome little spot for great BBQ!

Stopped in from Kansas City on vacation to the Connecticut area. The pork burnt ends were awesome! I paired it with some brisket, Mexican street corn, and the potato salad. The potato salad was different from any potato salad I had ever had and would have been worth the stop itself. The brisket was very well cooked and really didn't even need any sauce but I did use some on every other piece just because. The serving size was good. The price may be a little high for some but if you want some of the best BBQ ever then suck it up buttercup.
