The hype is real!!! Get the Cheyney Sandwich, you won’t be disappointed. Very delicious, perfect blend of flavors and good portion size. I also tried the beef patty which hit the spot too. The atmosphere was pleasant and they are very polite. 10/10 recommend

Definitely the best fish sandwich in CT. Fresh fish, well seasoned, fried crispy, with a light bun, can't get any better.

Im Stationed in Groton and got word 881 had the best Fish sandwich in CT. Not only did I get Amazing food but I was greeted by the owner Gabriel who's a Philly native like myself and attended my alma master's rival school. Good food good vibes not what I expect and im glad I did

The owner Gabriel was AMAZING! Food was delicious and very authentic! All the reviews did not do this place justice!!! You must try it to really understand the delicious-ness that is going to hit your tongue. “
We tried “The Cheney” sandwich “Carl’s creamy pasta” “Vegan chili” and the homemade lemonades and EVERYTHING was tasty. Me and the husband drove over an hour to try this food and we will be back!!

I've been hearing so many great things about this spot that I just had to visit. The location is small & hard to miss. It's a 'Grab & Go' so there's no indoor seating, however there are two outdoor tables if you absolutely need to eat on site.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They gave me plenty of recommendations for how to order vegan.

The food was AMAZING. Bursting with flavor, color, & spice. They also have plenty of vegan options, so I will return. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area.

After seeing all the videos of the Cheyney fish sandwich on social media I finally had to try it for myself. I will admit I was a little skeptical about all of the hype around this sandwich. But let me tell you..the was the most AMAZING FISH SANDWICH I have ever had in my life. The flavor, seasoning, crunch, the combination of the coco bread, aioli sauce was out of the world, no cap! The jerk chicken cheesesteak was fire! Definitely one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had in my life and in this area. I’m gonna keep this place in my weekly rotation. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
