They should have the food in general made from the day, without serving old things. The chicharon convinado with tamales comes accompanied with bread. The bread was from another day, they heated it and served it first after it got cold, it was inedible
We visited Vista Alegre and were pleasantly surprised by the food. The Lomo Saltado was very juicy, the ceviche was delicious, and the service was on point. I highly recommend this place if you love Peruvian food.
Porciones como si estuvieras en Perú. Sabor buenazo y mucho por escoger. El staff de a muy amable, atento y da gusto compartir en familia en ese lugar. Los escogería una y otra vez 🧡
