Today Monday July 21st I went to this location around 1:45pm and after being waiting in the drive thru for almost 5 minutes I have to say to the speaker, hello anybody there, someone answered with a bad attitude and said to me hello really loud and with an attitude and I said my order and that person was treating me like trash. Then I ask at the drive tru cashier what is the problem and why she's yelling and someone with a headset came to the window and started up saying rude things to me and I was surprised because I always go to that location and felt really ashamed. I guess I will have to go to another location or stop eating or to a better place.

Today July 21 2025 I was waiting for someone to answer on the drive thru,then I decided to say hello,the one that was taking the orders answer back with a attitude and I said, give me a minute,I said give me a minute, then she said he'll no. So I drive to the window and ask why they been so rude, I come here all the time and they always nice, so apparently I have to go to another place for now on,guess they don't want to work.

Customer service is bad, It seems like no one ever wants to work. Always cut you off when u have a question. Close the window in your face, when u only asking for some napkins. I guess I'm stuck with Chick-fil-A , there service is way better

Soooo slow! This is the second time we have been here with less than 5 people in the dining room and waited well over 25 minutes for our food. They definitely do not prioritize guests in the building over online orders. Also, you don't have to rush, but at least work with some purpose. Next time I'll probably hit up a different fast food restaurant that might actually be fast...
