Went in to use the bathroom off rip the girl at the counter had a attitude no hello how are or welcome to Wendy’s I was told I had to purchase before using strange but ok I purchased a frosty an simple said I didn’t want it she rolled her eyes an said you don’t want it I said no I made the purchase it should be no issue here I said all that to say this baby girl definitely needs to work on their customer service skills…

The manager's conduct was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this particular establishment. I am genuinely surprised that she remains employed. Her demeanor was consistently rude during the period of 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

This location should have been shut down a long time ago. They cannot get orders right. They ignore everyone coming into order. I’ve waited 40 minutes for my food several times. And then it’s still wrong. They do not follow Wendy’s policy by hoarding the online mobile orders behind the counter and then ignoring people coming in. If you have any respect for yourself do not come here.

Disappointed, I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon on it and they decided to give me cheese fries with bacon on it and that is not the same thing, I called to complain just for the manager to tell me they have potatoes all the time and she doesn’t understand why I wasn’t given one and for the phone to hang up. She really lucky I can’t get over there due to having no car.

This was the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Got my order wrong resulting in some kind of stuffed potato grease all over my car went back for my order they demanded I return the other food which I had promptly discarded on getting home.
I drove back home to get the food out of the trash and return it at which point I demanded a refund rather than get my order which they stated only the manager can do. I demanded to speak to the manager. Who they said would not be back to the next day.
I finally excepted my order which was chicken nuggets and fries which were covered in white grease and slime.l wish I had taken a picture to display with this post.
The next day I called the store and was offered a refund.
Though I do enjoy Wendy’s every now and than I won’t be coming back here.

I went around 12 am last night first they gave me my triple daves with a bread hard as a rock so i went back then it was solid cheese smh update 8/20 /25 i’m crying count y’all days i see why your cashiers was laughing

Today Monday July 21st I went to this location around 1:45pm and after being waiting in the drive thru for almost 5 minutes I have to say to the speaker, hello anybody there, someone answered with a bad attitude and said to me hello really loud and with an attitude and I said my order and that person was treating me like trash. Then I ask at the drive tru cashier what is the problem and why she's yelling and someone with a headset came to the window and started up saying rude things to me and I was surprised because I always go to that location and felt really ashamed. I guess I will have to go to another location or stop eating or to a better place.
