Food was okay fries was cold by the time I got my food while it was sitting out waiting for the rest of my food to be done. The day I went it was really busy but they was taking care of the drive through and letting the front fill up with people waiting for food. I waited 15 mins before someone took my order and than the boy clocked out right before taking my order and walked away, the girl was I all said I said no he came back clocked out and walked off and said nothing the girl said wow. After I order than still had to wait, I I feel if they can't handle the front and drive through they need more Staff at night or they need to close the front. My opinion because it seems to much on them

This is the second worst experience at THIS location on Prospect Ave! First off, I pre-ordered and paid for my food, WITH PROOF only for the under trained night manager and employee to not be able to find my order. Tried to make me order and PAY again. I am heavily pregnant and out of breath coming ALL the way there to get FOOD and this issue happens. I've had to get refunded at least 3 times from THIS location. Mainly because of wrong orders.

Went here on 03/25/2024 ordered a item that was new on the menu. The loaded nocho burger and was told they don't carry that item anymore..... why is on the menu as NEW ITEM if they don't carry it anymore? Seems like the workers didn't want to do there job.

I had three orders to pick up on Uber eats and they made me cancel one because the lobby was closed and they can only give 2 orders at time from the drive thru. Makes no sense this Wendy’s is garbage and their policy makes no sense. Terrible customer service and long wait. Would not come here again

Awesome cashier gave us the inside scoop on the new Wendy's breakfast burrito. Apparently they had it but they don't know if it's coming back yet. The reviews look good, I hope they decide to bring it back!
