I stopped at this Wendy’s mid afternoon to grab some late lunch and to take advantage of the 2 for $7.00 deal.
I had the Dave’s Single Cheeseburger and the 10 piece Nuggies. It seems my burger had an extra slice of cheese for whatever reason…
I was surprised at how big the line was, especially at that time of the day.
I think it is because the food at this location is so good.
The staff/workers were very busy, so I could understand why they weren’t the most friendly.
The area doesn’t seem too good, perhaps a little sketchy.
Overall, I’m happy with my decision to stop here…

This is how my husband received his saucy nuggets. They didn’t even try. The Garlic Parmesan nuggets were absolute trash. It was nothing but oil. Customer service also trash. How you gonna answer the drive-through with an attitude? Like do your job…

The place didn't even have heat!!!!! The workers were wearing their personal jackets & coats!! But the staff still had a good attitude & did their job but food was cold!!!!

Food is alright. I've finally had it with the terrible customer service here though. This has happened on more than one occasion so I figured I would share... They like to upcharge when they think you are not paying attention. I've let it go to see it would happen again and it has happened again and again and again. And I'm not one to get fast food a lot either. But the customer service here is TERRIBLE and I've had it. They have people in the drive through that are hanging out the drive through window on their phone, not able to ever work the register properly, a lot of them don't even understand that there is a Wendy's app. But of course they blame it on their computer system and then get an attitude with me. Maybe it is their computer system and it needs to be updated , I dunno. But I've never had this problem at any other Wendy's I have gone to. Honestly between the terrible customer service here and the broken computer system, I would avoid here all together. It's not worth the time or money they like to steal on the low.

Made a mobile order with plenty of time ( over 30 minutes) to complete. Not only was it not ready when I arrived, it took 20 minutes to be ready . Employees rolled their eyes at me when I asked if it would be done soon and ignored me further. Numerous Employees ( one being pictured ) with no hair nets and hair very messy for work .

Need new employees line don’t move always have to wait like 15 mins for a person to take your order and then person at the window think they funny when you request why it’s been so long then they didn’t even want to charge me for the food I was waiting to order for 15 mins
